Support FAQ

D-BIT places the highest priority on providing personalised support for our clients, and we pride ourselves on developing long-term relationships with our customers. Our support services team is staffed by highly qualified support personnel, readily available to help with any issue you may encounter

D-BIT has support centres located in both Sydney and Brisbane.

Support is either phone based or web-based with the option of having consultants come in onsite on a time and material basis.

 

D-BIT uses the latest technology to provide accurate, timely and effective support. Our system allows you to zip a backup of your payroll and email this immediately to our support desk for attention. This is a lot quicker than sending a consultant out on-site to resolve any issues and is more accurate than having a consultant describing a resolution to clients over the phone.

 

We also use Virtual Private Networks and Terminal Services, which allow our consultants to log into your payroll directly to fine tune and even run your payroll application for you.

 

All D-BIT support personnel are fully trained with international D-BIT installation certification.
