Terms and conditions

Rates quoted are applicable to metropolitan areas only, travelling expenses including accommodation, mileage and travel time will be charged for travel outside of the metropolitan area.

Cancellations will be accepted without penalty up to 11 business days before scheduled services. A 10% penalty will apply if cancellation is made within 6-10 business days; 50% penalty within 5 or less business days.

All rates, prices, costs, expenses, fees and charges quoted or referred to above are GST inclusive. We reserve the right to add any federal or state tax, such as a GST, to any relevant rate, price, cost, expense, fee and charge quoted or referred to above in accordance with any current or future legislation.

All consulting is subject to a 30 day warranty period, whereafter any changes/modifications to the work performed will be chargeable.
